Laparoscopic (Keyhole Surgery)

We have recently invested in the latest equipment and training needed to now provide minimally invasive laparoscopic investigation and surgery. This means that with two or three tiny incisions we can use a camera to look around the abdomen or chest cavity which allows us to perform whatever surgical procedure is required, using specialist laparoscopic equipment.

This is very exciting for us and brilliant for your pets because this form of surgery means much less post operative discomfort and a much quicker healing time. Therefore they are back to themselves almost immediately and need little if any post op care or restrictions.

Suitable procedures include routine neutering of female dogs (spay) and a range of investigative procedures when an animal is unwell.

If you would like any more information regarding our laparoscopy surgery then please contact us and we will be happy to answer any of your questions.
